Project Kickoff and Business Process Reviews

We’ll review the project plan for implementation, introduce you to our team of experts, and request access to your Salesforce org.

Install HR Service Center Package and Related Package

We’ll install the HR Service Center Package and Employee Health Verification Package (Optional) to your Salesforce org.

Assign Employee Permissions and Record Types

We’ll create a Transition Plan and Transition Plan Tasks that guide an employee or manager to provide specific information and documentation that’s needed to complete the transition event.

Configure Ticket Assignment

We’ll configure a new case page layout and create assignment rules to ensure all new HR tickets are assigned to a queue.

Enable HR Service Center Sample Flows

We’ll configure the Health verification Flow so HR Service Agent can create onboarding tasks and articles, and enable sample flows to automate HR processes.

Connect HR Service Center to Workday (optional)

We’ll connect HR Service Center to Workday to allow employees to check PTO balance and verify direct deposit.


We’ll perform a custom, one-hour training session to train on the Salesforce and HR Service Center App.
