Slack Quick Start Package

We’ll review the project plan for implementation, introduce you to our team of experts, and request access to your Salesforce org.

We’ll create a Slack Workspace & install the Slack App. We’ll connect Salesforce, configure user mappings for authentication.

We will create up to five custom channels for team or department use

We’ll customize bots in Slack to perform specific actions, such as pulling or updating data from Salesforce.

We’ll configure page layouts in Salesforce to send information between Slack and Salesforce.

We’ll perform a custom, one-hour training session to train on the Salesforce and Slack Integration.
